Our Background

My name is Mick Forsythe - I started designing and building outdoor spaces as a hobby more than 25 years ago, and have had the opportunity to create relaxing and functional spaces in everything from apartment balconies and courtyards to large front and backyards.  My experience includes both tropical and sub-tropical GardenScaping, having designed and built multiple gardens on properties in Far North Qld as well as South East Qld.

I am also passionate about 'the perfect lawn' and have experience in laying, restoring and maintaining both Buffalo and Cooch lawn types. 

Our family moved into Bellbowrie over 12 years ago and quickly made the decision to stay and raise our kids here. Over this time, we have developed a passion for gardening that complements the natural beauty on display in the area, with abundant native plants and tree species which attract an incredible diversity of bird life and other fauna such as butterflies, bees and skinks - we even have a resident Blue-tongue Lizard who has shared our yard for a few years!

We created Bellbowrie GardenScapes to indulge and share our passion for the outdoors and the feeling that comes from creating the perfect space in which to enjoy it!  I look forward to building this experience with you when we meet!
